Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – Orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination. We do not ship to some remote areas and certain Asian countries.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the product. This allows adequate time to evaluate your gear while ensuring efficient restocking.
Important: Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Footwear (all types including hiking boots, running shoes, etc.)
- Headwear (hats, caps, beanies)
- Hydration & Drinkware (water bottles, hydration packs)
Additionally, any items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing original tags/packaging cannot be returned.
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

Step 4: Return Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days and process according to your request.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when funds appear in your account depends on your financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Refund Amount
You will receive a refund for the product cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. You’ll receive tracking information for your new shipment.
Defective or Incorrect Items
